Why choose us
Why Choose Core Springs for Neuropsychological Evaluation?
What Sets Our Approach Apart
We don’t just test, we listen. Every evaluation is personalized, with integrated tools that provide a complete picture of the individual.
Evaluation Process
Your evaluation begins with a one hour clinical interview where your psychologist gathers a complete history, from developmental milestones and childhood experiences through your current cognitive, emotional, and daily functioning. This broad conversation is essential because a neuropsychological evaluation looks at the full picture, and your psychologist uses this information to build a customized testing plan.
Your psychologist selects a comprehensive battery spanning cognitive function, executive function, memory, attention, emotional functioning, and adaptive skills. Testing involves 2 to 6 hours of in person evaluation over one to two days. For concerns that include learning differences, an in house learning disability specialist provides additional targeted assessments. You are also sent home with questionnaires, and individuals closely involved in your life can complete their own to provide additional clinical context.
All testing data from every domain (cognitive, emotional, academic, adaptive) are compiled into a detailed diagnostic report. This is the most thorough evaluation Core Spring offers, designed to identify the full range of conditions that may be present, whether that is ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, mood disorders, trauma related conditions, or a combination.
Approximately two to three weeks after testing, you return for a feedback session. Your psychologist walks through every finding and provides individualized recommendations across all identified areas: therapy options, academic or workplace accommodations, lifestyle strategies, and a clear roadmap for next steps.
