Whether it’s a child who seems misunderstood or an adult who has carried questions for years, the search for clarity is never easy. Families pause, adults push through, and too often the wait for answers drags on. At Core Spring Diagnostics, we believe doors are not meant to hold you back. They are meant to open.
That is why we have streamlined the autism evaluation process. Our psychologists bring decades of experience and use gold-standard tools to provide evaluations that are thorough, compassionate, and timely.
A diagnosis here is never just about a label. It is about understanding, validation, and the confidence to move forward, whether for yourself, your child, or someone you love. And while every evaluation begins in our waiting room, even that wait is short, comfortable, and comes with coffee.

Comprehensive Autism Evaluations for Milwaukee Families
Our psychologists provide comprehensive autism evaluations for children, teens, and adults. With years of experience and the use of gold-standard tools like the ADOS-2, we deliver assessments that are both thorough and streamlined for timely results. Each evaluation is designed to ensure accuracy while also giving individuals and families clear insight into strengths, challenges, and next steps.
Autism Evaluations for Adults:
For adults, an autism evaluation helps bring clarity to lifelong patterns in thinking, behavior, and relationships. By combining personal history with tailored assessments, we work to determine whether autism best explains current experiences.
- Reviews personal and developmental history
- May include input from a parent, sibling, or relative
- Uses interviews and assessments tailored for adults
- Considers other mental health factors that may overlap
- Provides clarity on whether autism best explains current challenges and strengths
Autism Evaluations for Children:
For children, an autism evaluation is designed to understand how they learn, communicate, and navigate daily life. Our goal is to gather a full picture through trusted tools, observations, and input from parents and caregivers.
- Looks at developmental history and milestones
- Includes parent/caregiver input and interviews
- Uses observation and trusted tools
- Reviews learning, language, and daily living skills
- Sometimes includes teacher or caregiver feedback
